Our school learning goal is ‘High Levels Of Learning And Wellbeing For All’. To enable this to be achieved, we focus on teacher growth and professional learning through a process of peer coaching. Peer Coaching is robust, respectful, professional dialogue where teachers share their learning to bring out the best in each other, while also building the quality of their relationship. Strategically implemented peer coaching provides us with the opportunity for collaborative, sustainable and effective professional development that has a high impact on learning, because we know the teacher and the quality of the teaching are major influences on student achievement.
